CertainTeed Lifetime Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles for the lifetime of the original structure. Includes SureStart™ protection for the first 10 years — 100% materials and labor if a defect shows up early.
Requirement: Installer must be a certified CertainTeed Master Craftsman and follow installation specifications exactly. Without certification, this warranty is not available to you regardless of which shingles are used.
Winchester Roofing Craftsmanship Warranty
Our own Lifetime Limited Warranty on the installation itself — labor, workmanship, and all installation-related issues. Transferable to a subsequent homeowner once.
Why we can offer it: Because we’re Master Craftsman certified and follow every spec, we’re confident in the work. This warranty is only meaningful when the installation was done right. Ours is.
